Szimpladesign.com as a web site is considered a copyright work, download (duplication), re-release, re-utilization, electronic storage, processing and sale of the content or any portion thereof displayed on the szimpladesign.com web site is forbidden without the written consent of the Service Provider.

Any material from the szimpladesign.com website and its database, even with written consent, may only be obtained by reference to that website.

The Service Provider reserves all rights to all elements of its service, domain names, associated secondary domain names, and Internet advertising space.

The User acknowledges that in case of unauthorized use the Service Provider may impose a penalty. The amount of the penalty shall be 60,000 Ft gross per image and 20,000 Ft gross per word. The User acknowledges that these penalty fees are not excessive, and the User browses the website with this in mind. In case of copyright infringement, the Service Provider applies a notarial certification of fact, the amount of which is also passed on to the infringing user.
