In relation to its online commercial activity, the service provider of this webshop (hereinafter referred to as: Controller) manages personal data of registered users. The purpose of data processing is to fulfill purchase orders and their administrative requirements (issuing delivery notes and invoices), and to use them for promotional purposes if the user granted permission.
The Controller processes only those personal data, which are suitable and indispensable to accomplish the purpose of data processing. Personal data is processed to the extent and for such time as is necessary to accomplish the purpose.
The Controller makes every reasonable effort to protect personal data of registered users processed by the webshop.

Data Processing Consent
User gives express consent during registration to the processing of the voluntarily provided personal data.
Concerned parties: users registered in the webshop.
Scope of data processed: all data disclosed by registered users during registration which are necessary to fulfill purchase orders. These are the following: Name, Contact (phone, e-mail), Delivery address, Billing address, and e-mail address provided for promotional purposes.
Purpose of data collection: to fulfill purchase orders, invoicing, sending e-mails.
Possible Controllers entitled to access the data:
— Commercial and delivery personnel of the webshop.
— Handling company (companies) in partnership with the webshop.
— Manufacturer and distributor business(es) in partnership with the webshop.
Duration of data processing: electronically stored personal data are at the Controller’s disposal until the user requests the erasure of their data from the database.
Users are entitled to request Controller to:
— inform them about the processing of their personal data,
— make corrections in their personal data,
— erase or block their personal data.
By logging in to the webshop with the username and password given during registration, the user can view, change or delete their own data.
If a purchase order was previously submitted by the User, the data valid at the moment of sending have been attached thereto. User can initiate a request to the Controller in person, by phone or by e-mail to supply information of their personal data attached to a purchase order, or to change or erase those data.
Controller provides information to the registered user in a clear and accessible form in writing within the shortest possible time, but no later than 10 days after the submission of the request.
If the registered user’s request is found to be legitimate, Controller shall forthwith act to erase or to make corrections in personal data.
